CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.

Should you wish to cancel or change your order, you can do so within 24 hours from the time you made payment, or when you have received the order confirmation email.

Kindly note that once we start to package and ship your order(s) after the 24 hours, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, simply submit a cancellation request via email at hazelnutl@gmail.com.

Please include the following information in your email request: 

  • Your order number (order number should begin with “JL2”)
  • The name and email address used to place the order

REFUNDS & RETURNS

*Kindly note that shipping costs will apply for any returned products, and it is your (the customer) responsibility to pay for any associated costs.

  • Products that are defective from when you open the package
  • Products that are damaged during the shipping process

To request for a refund, simply reach out to us via email at hazelnutl@gmail.com and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

The following products CANNOT be returned:

  • Seasonal goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Health and personal care items

Kindly note that we DO NOT issue a refund if:

  • Your order(s) does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. to do so, simply contact us at hazelnutl@gmail.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
